As a runner and a former Boston resident I can’t even wrap my head around what happened today or what this experience must have been like for all those affected. My thoughts and prayers are with my city tonight. Boston you’re my home.
Just a little refresher course on Social Media….
Outstanding statistics. Remarkable learnings. If you didn’t know, now you do.
There’s a reason we’re all here, because the future is NOW.
Great video on social media’s impact on today’s culture and trends

yesterday, today, tomorrow

I did the 5 mile loop in Central Park today; my first run outside in a while. I forgot how much I missed the park, and how great it feels to tackle those hills. I will be running in the Nike Women’s Half Marathon in Washington DC at the end of April, so I really need to kick my training into high gear.
My knee was in a little pain during the run, so I plan to go back to my Physical Therapist’s suggestion of extreme stretching and foam rolling to hopefully avoid injury. After the Nike half I have the Brooklyn half in May and then the NYC marathon in November, so starting this week I will be in training mode for pretty much the next 8 months. Ugh.
